Refund policy

1. 14-Day Return Policy (United States & International Customers)

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

2. Return Shipping Costs

For returns that are not due to defects or incorrect items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include clear photos of the issue.

If the defect is confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund

In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

Note: Natural gemstone variations and minor color differences due to screen settings are not considered defects.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Custom engraved items
  • Items made according to customer specifications
  • Gift cards

Personalized jewelry is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. For this reason, these items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective goods.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
  • All refunds will be issued in the original purchase currency (EUR for EU customers, USD for U.S. customers), and will be converted where applicable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment. If the order has already shipped, it must go through the return process.

Please note: Orders for personalized or custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

7. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. However, we are always happy to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered received. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
