Refund policy

1. 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return

Customers in the EU have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email to support@argesteel.com within the 14-day period.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging.
  • Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

     

    Exceptions:

    • Personalized or custom-made items are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless they are defective or not as described.

2. Free Return Shipping for These Cases:

We will cover return shipping costs only in the following situations:

(I) Manufacturing Defect
  • If the item has a defect due to manufacturing, customers can request a return.
  • The item will be evaluated before approval.
  • Not covered: Damage due to incorrect use or natural gemstone impurities.
(II) Item Not As Described
  • If the item differs from the product description (e.g., wrong material, incorrect specifications).
  • Customers must specify which parameter does not match the description.
  • Exceptions:
    • Slight color variations due to lighting/display settings.
    • Jewelry images may appear enlarged for detail; customers should check size specifications before ordering.

3. Shipping Issues

  • If the package is not received within the expected timeframe, customers should email the Support Center.
  • Delivery estimates are based on past orders and may be delayed due to holidays.
  • Split Shipments:
    • If your order is shipped in multiple packages, some items may arrive separately.
    • Customers should check their tracking information before reporting a missing package.
    • If an item is missing from a split shipment, please contact Support Center for further assistance.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Products exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals (e.g., silver polish, pools, spas).

5. Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If you no longer want the item, you must receive the package first, then request a return under this policy.

  • Standard returns (no defect) require the customer to cover return shipping.

  • Returned items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may lead to a partial refund or rejection of the return.

6. Return Steps

  • Customers must email support@argesteel.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Email subject: [Order Number] Refund Application.
  • The email should include:
    • Reason for return (with photos/videos if applicable).
  • Items must be returned in original packaging or a secure box with padding.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after confirmation of the returned goods.
