Shipping Overview
We ship worldwide from multiple warehouse locations. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, where available, are shown in the cart and at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. If part of your order is missing, please check all tracking numbers provided in your shipping confirmation before contacting us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We have no control over customs processing times, which may delay delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@argesteel.com — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@argesteel.com and we will assist you in investigating with the carrier. We recommend waiting until the estimated delivery window has fully passed before contacting us, as international shipments can occasionally experience longer transit times.
