Shipping times and costs vary based on location, selected shipping method, and order processing time.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Personalized jewelry requires a production time of 7–15 business days before shipping. (Complex styles excluded – these may take longer.)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details (if applicable).

Note: For personalized jewelry, add the 7–15 day production time to the delivery estimate. Delivery times may also be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, and public holidays.
We currently ship to the following regions: UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, and the EU.
To maintain exceptional craftsmanship and fair pricing, certain personalized or made-to-order pieces are produced and fulfilled by our trusted manufacturing partners in China. These partners meet Argesteel’s quality and ethical standards.
All import duties, customs fees, and taxes are already covered by our fulfillment partners at the point of shipment. Customers will not be charged any additional import or customs fees upon delivery. This ensures a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience for every order.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery.
You will receive tracking information for each package.
If an item is missing from a split shipment, please check your tracking details before contacting support.
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:
High demand during peak seasons.
Customs inspections or government regulations.
Carrier issues beyond our control (e.g., weather disruptions, strikes).

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, check with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and contacting our support team for assistance.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a reshipment fee.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
