We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of applicable law.

All payment information is encrypted during transfer over secure networks (SSL/TLS encryption). We do not store full card details.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

3. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We strive to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all content is complete or current at all times.

Product information is provided for general informational purposes. In case of defects, consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under applicable law.

4. Modifications to Service and Prices

Product prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services where necessary. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of a product or service.

5. Products and Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. All products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to individual screen settings and monitor calibration. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

All jewelry sold by Argesteel is 18K gold-plated or silver-plated fashion jewelry. It is not solid gold or solid silver. The base material (copper, S925 silver, titanium steel, or similar) is specified in individual product descriptions.

Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB). The statutory warranty period is two years from delivery for new goods.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or violations of these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and contact information for all purchases made on our store.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, shipping carrier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Split shipments: Orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouse locations. If an item appears missing, please check all tracking numbers provided before contacting our support team.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Custom-made and personalized items are excluded from the right of return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders.

Consumers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. For full details including the withdrawal form, see our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our site or its content for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Spreading viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Violating intellectual property rights of Argesteel or any third party
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities
• Collecting personal data of other users without their consent

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services for violating any of these prohibitions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), and only for foreseeable damages typical for the type of contract. This limitation does not apply where liability is mandatory under applicable law.

Statutory consumer rights under German and EU law remain unaffected by the above.

11. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers within the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence also apply.
