Returns Policy

We want you to love your jewelry from Arge Steel. If something isn’t right, you can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note: Personalized or custom-made items (such as engraved names, initials, dates, or birthstones) are crafted just for you and are non-refundable unless there’s a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Free return shipping is offered in the following cases:

• Manufacturing Defect: If there’s a quality issue due to production. We’ll review your photos or video to confirm the issue.
• Item Not As Described: If the product received doesn’t match the description (e.g., incorrect material or specs). Please note: slight color differences and enlarged photos for detail do not qualify.

To start a return, simply email us at support@argesteel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a short explanation, and photos or video (if needed). We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Returns are not accepted if:

• The item is personalized or custom-made (unless defective)
• It has been damaged by misuse, improper care, or exposure to chemicals (like perfume, silver polish, pool water)
• It shows signs of wear or has been altered

Once an order has shipped, it can’t be canceled. If you no longer want the item, simply wait for delivery and follow the return process above.
