A short summary of how delivery and returns work. The full terms are in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which take precedence over this page.

Delivery

Free standard shipping on every order to the countries we deliver to. There are no minimum order values and no surprise charges at checkout.

Standard items are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Personalised and engraved pieces are made to order and need 1–7 business days of production before they are dispatched.

Current delivery estimates by destination are listed in our Shipping Policy. Once your parcel ships you will receive a tracking number by email; allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Orders containing several items may be sent in more than one parcel and can arrive on different days. If part of your order seems to be missing, please check all the tracking numbers in your shipping confirmation before contacting us.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your local authority. These are set by your country, not by us, and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@argesteel.com with the subject line “Return Request – [your order number]”, including the email address used for the order and the reason for the return. We will send return instructions once the request is approved.

For returns that are not our fault, the customer pays return shipping. We charge no restocking fee. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot confirm receipt of untracked returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Wrong

Please check your order on delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with clear photos. Once confirmed we will replace the item or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and we cover the return shipping.

Please note that natural variation in gemstones, and small colour differences caused by screen calibration, are not defects.

Personalised Items

Personalised, engraved and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, because they are made to your specification (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). This does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please double-check spelling and capitalisation before ordering — engraving is done exactly as entered.

If Your Order Never Arrives

If tracking shows no delivery and the estimated window has passed, contact support@argesteel.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Statutory Rights

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving an order, without giving a reason, and a two-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects under German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB). Nothing on this page limits those rights.
